I saw this on IFC a couple days ago and noticed at the beginning IFC had placed the TV rating label "TVPG - LSV" (rated PG for language, sex and violence). This would rate it below TV14 and TVMA. I thought that was amusing, given the level of language (the F word is flown a few times), the nudity (both male and female) and the violence. Most definitely not TVPG.

television ratings aren't regulated. A film on one channel can be TVPG while the same film on a second channel can be TV14 or TVMA.
The people at IFC might have thought the nudity wasn't sexually explicit, the cursing was minimal, and there wasn't much violence. I don't know. Your allowed to say beep in PG-13 movies a few times and nudity in itself doesn't necessarily have to be for "mature audiences".
