Three words that dont belong together given snopes partisan leftist leanings.
People were saying that she lied about being in imminent danger and that she wasn't in the capitol. Those are actually 2 separate things. First the claim of being in danger. That is a completely subjective claim that can neither be proven nor disproven. Second that she wasn't in the actual Capitol Building which is true.
So, 2 statements one true the other totally subjective. Now supposedly snopes exists to check facts so youd think they would stick to that. Nope. They have leftist sympathies so how did they handle it?
They clumped it together and pronounced it mostly false because part of the statement is subjective. Now since most people would realize that the feelings of danger were subjective they would presume that snopes rating of mostly false was referring to the factual claim about her location. And this my friends is how Snopes lied to you without actually lying. Like a magician they used linguistic manipulation to misdirect you.

She was in the complex with another congress person and they were afraid for their lives for good reason. Nobody with more than two brain cells gives a **** if they were under the ****ing dome or not. There was a massive crowd outside and even if none of the insurrectionists made it to the part of the complex where the two of them were hiding, how were AOC and her peers supposed to know this amid the chaos? -

The buildings are part of the Capitol complex and the different buildings are connected with tunnels. HOWEVER, this does not make they all 1 building. She was NOT in the Capitol Building. She was in the Cannon House Office Building 4-5 blocks away.
