i read one review from mr. hal hinson at the washington post. he seemed unable to process what this movie was trying to say. what it was trying to be. saying it is full of 'deviant innuendo' & 'shore's brain is a cesspool where the most distressing things keep floating to the surface.'
was the world simply not ready?

very good points. if this movie was yogurt it would be the kind with fruit on the bottom that you have to stir.

Bio-Dome may have been too sophisticated for the 1890s.but not the 1990s.

'son in law' also was too much for its era.

Biodome is certainly an underrated gem.. in the future, when marijuana is legal everywhere I think it will once again thrive with a newfound audience.
..or at least I think so lol

They posed the greatest question, if the earth isn't perfect, why are so many focused on living within a perfect environment, not negatively effecting it rather than, taking what you have and improving it? Too much of a message.
                          I want Kylie Minogue.

also the movie deals with the notion of multiculturalism & the hegemonic impulse of man.
