That scene is definitely not in the first film, since there wasn't any nurse in the first film. Its not the second one either, nor the third. Its also definitely not the fifth one either. I've never seen the 666 installment, or the return of Isaac installment. So I would say it would have to be this one since there are a few nurses in this particular installment.
