Wow, I never even heard of Flight of the Dragons, I'll have to look into that.

I dont like movies where dragons are shown as evil
That being said,
Ican think of those three for now
dragonheart
how to train your dragon 1 and 2
and even though I hated the movie dragon wars I think the asian dragon at the end looked very awesome although I prefer western design dragons

Dragonheart ,Reign of Fire ,Sucker Punch(although its more like a dragon scene),Beowulf ,The Hobbit:Desolation of smaug..but those i mentioned feature the most awesome dragons
