Yes, it is. Draco sais it himself. Only it's unpronounceable (or at least very hard due to a lot of strange noises, roars and such).

I always pictured the dialog of the scene this way:
Draco: You couldn't possibly pronounce it in your tongue
Bowen: Try me
Draco: It's(groans and calls out in pain and falls over backwards)
Bowen: (After a second's pause) You're right. I can't pronounce that.
