I thought it was hilarious when he barked back at a dog!
"S-s-s-s-sorry!" I know it was cold-hearted and cruel, but the delivery on that line was priceless.
I thought it was amusing when he took Karen's hat and wore it on the tram.
Any more you can think of?

When he exits his apartment and the large black lady is arguing with another neighbor and she asks for a cigarette from Keifer Sutherland and he just flicks the cigarette butt in her direction and she turns and starts yelling and cursing him out

I think he actually had too much interaction with other characters and screen time. I get they wanted to make him super creepy but it made the scenes sort of ludicrous

The scene where he is wearing her hat on the bus is pretty funny. I laughed a lot when he flicked his cigarette on the ground and the lady calls him a beep Doob was such a douche hahaha.

I thought he was funny more than scary. Although there are a couple of scenes where he is very creepy.
