This is far and away from the most disturbing film ever made. But being disturbed can be rather subjective.
I'd say that Martyrs (2008), A Serbian Film, Cannibal Holocaust, etc. are far more disturbing in content. But I know some people that can watch all of these movies in a day no problem, if I did that it'd mess up my ability to sleep okay for weeks more than likely. As much as I hate to admit it. -

Old ass topic, but: Salo/120 Days of Sodom was just stupid/goofy. Visitor Q was forgettable. I used to search for the most disturbing movies, and finally found a winner:
Men Behind the Sun (the 1st one). Not only in terms of story either: Hell, the Chinese used real human corpses/body parts for that movie because corpses were cheaper than their makeup effects (not to mention their makeup effects were way behind the times, so they didn't even bother w/ fake gore).
