He's upset. Romania doesn't matter. The US and the allies turned their back on Romania during World War 2. For good reason. There's just nothing important about Romania.
Today, the same holds true. They're a violent savage race of Europeans. Laura, is just bitter that not only does the rest of the world cares about Romania, but most of it doesn't even know that it exists.
