The point is that they are attacking her because she's a Christian, which should have nothing to do with it. The hypocrisy is that the Left turns confirmations into vicious circuses.
When Kavanaugh was accused of wrong doing,
Democrats,
the corrupt MSM
and
MeToo
all jumped on him,
assuming
that he was guilty, with
no
proof. They assumed guilt because he was from the
Right.
When Biden was accused of the same thing, they all tried to
ignore it
, then they tried to
excuse him
. They believed him because he's from the
Left.
And MeToo went totally
silent.

But I object to the Left, or anyone else, attacking a person because of his/her religion. And especially not in the case of the confirmation of a Supreme Court Justice. A person's religion has
nothing
to do with his/her qualifications to be a Justice.
It's counter to the First Amendment. We have Freedom of Religion in this great country. We also have the freedom to be
non
religious, like me.

Would it really be all that bad. If a bro-bro steams from someone, and it happens often, she might support a law that would allow his hand to get chopped off. You'd be okay with that, right?

not
just a religion: it's a whole way of life:
civil, political, and spiritual.

The First Amendment was written because Christians believed no one Christian group should be supported by the power of the federal government.
Islam rejects that principle, and declares that
all authority belongs to Allah.
Muslims believe that
the U.S. Constitution must bow before the Quaran
, and Muslims believe that
violence can be used
in honor killings and to avenge insults against Mohammad. You can't support both Islam and the U.S. Constitution because they're
mutually exclusive.
And remember, a French teacher was just beheaded by a Muslim in Paris because he had featured caricatures of Allah in his class.
