Why does Vince, who seems to be smoking in every scene, look like a 12 year old smoking for the first time? At only one point in the entire movie did I actually see him inhale, the rest he just blew it out like a kid trying to impress his friends. It just seems that smoking is such a big part of this movie and even Vince Vaughn does not look cool smoking and not inhaling.

You have to realize that scenes are done over and over to get it right. If he was to inhale every time, he'd die of lung cancer before filming was finished.
      Just my opinion.
