I am a huge Musetta Vander fan, but still think she is the hottest in the movie anyway, not being biased. I thought this was the first thing i saw her in but i had actually seen her in Buffy The Vampire Slayer, maybe Star Trek Voyager & Wild Wild West before.
She is gorgeous. I agree that her friend Sandra Hess is hotter than the original Sonya, but both Talisa Soto & Bridgette Wilson look better in other movies remember!
Musetta Vander as Sindel all the way!

if they ever do a remake they NEED to cast Michelle Waterson who is the karate hottie

I forgot to mention Mileena actress Dana Hee. She was very hot too in this movie, more than than Sonya and Kitana. I prefer her to Sindel with her grey hair. But think the Sindel at the end of the movie was hotter. Can't believe i forgot to mention how hot Mileena was. Thankfully they didn't show any teeth. I've seen Dana Hee in other things but thought she nicer here. Her eyes were stunning. Nice color outfit too.

I concur! Sindel is pure babe! I remember her in Buffy as the sexy insect creature. Xander was totally taken in by her (what guy with a pulse wouldn't be?). She also played in the campy mosquito movie. She is so sexy with her exotic looks!

Sonya Blade for sure. Wilson is maybe prettier than Sandra Hess but the character was much more attractive in this movie. In the first movie Sonya was just a screeching waste of space. In Annihilation she is much more competent.
Mileena is also pretty sexy, from what little we see of her.
