I have to agree with you. It's not completely unwatchable, but it has some moments that you just start laughing at because it's just funny. I have seen way worse movies than Virus. I think the term 'It's so bad its good' is highly appropriate.

there was an 80s horror movie called Pulse about murderous electricity. in fact in the late 90s there was also a B-movie called ghost in the machine about a dead murderer who somehow was able to reanimate as electricity as well. But nevertheless I agree that this was a cool, enjoyable flick
