    I think you're being far too generous. I gave it a 3.
Entertaining at certain moments but overall a hot mess.
Where have all the good writers gone?

Get real , there are movies that are far far far worse then this one. Ever watched rubbish like 'Meet the spartans' or disaster move to name a few. This film is predictable but enjoyable and worth at least a 5 or 6.

Uggh. "Meet the Spartans" and "Disaster Movie" would get a big fat ZERO if I could, maybe even a negative number. Now, those two movies are absolutely HORRIFIC. I would have to be PAID to watch them again. This movie still sucked though. It was good acting and good direction but the monster and the script needed great improvement.

I saw this in the movie theater. It was entertaining enough. I'd say a 7 out of 10. You guys are unmerciful!

I remember seeing this in the movie theater with a friend. We we both shocked that the movie theater was almost empty and on a weekend!
My guess, is the movie just wasn't promoted properly. Seventy -five percent of the movie experience is the audience you share the viewing experience with. If there aren't enough people mirroring your enjoyment, the perception that the movie was done well and was entertaining tanks.
Case in point, many grind house films were pretty bad, but the audience reaction was so over the top, that these movies achieve cult film status. I think "Virus" will eventually find it's audience. It's just a matter of time.

Yeah, I gave it a 3 as well. In the start of the film, we find Don Sutherland with a pistol in his mouth. No doubt he had just read the script. Ooooh, robotics, now that'll thrill the 17-year-olds.

If they would give it a -3 it would be more deservingWhy do they keep making such trash? terrible acting , silly storyline and the chase scenes were so badabsolutely no value as a movienothing was interesting..just another trashy "formula movie".
