The masked woman is none of the visible women in the film.

It’s deliberately ambiguous.
Mandy has a much more ‘butch’ physique than the girl at the party, who is a waif-like model who could blow over in a strong wind. Mandy is broader, more plump, and with bigger tits - as we see in Ziegler’s bathroom and the morgue.
The fact that all of the many prominent female characters are red-heads is also part of the ‘blurring’ Kubrick wanted in this Dream Story. -

Yes true but that's because the girl at the party was a different actress in real life…the character is most likely played by 2 different actress yes…so of course it's not going to match her exact body type.
Also, the writer probably didn't want to make it to obvious it was Mandy during the Party scene.
Remember, Zeigler confesses to Bill towards the end of the movie that he was at the party that night and that the girl at the party was in fact Mandy.
The whole "Sacrifice" scene was staged in order to scare Bill into not telling anyone about about what he saw that night. Mandy wasn't murdered she just died from a drug overdose… similar to how she overdosed earlier in the film and almost died.
I also think Zeigler is really supposed to be the cult leader in the Red Cloak as well… If you notice the way the light was shining on the pool table in that scene and the way he was tapping the pool balls looked very similar to the way "Red Cloak" was tapping his stick during the party scene….he also admits to Bill that he was the one who had him followed.
However, of course we know they were both different actors in real life! -

Regarding the dead woman, it’s purposefully inconclusive, we’re supposed to be unsure of what to believe, and Ziegler is not trustworthy.
Ziegler is definitely not Red Cloak as their voices are totally different. -

Yes well I guess it's possible Ziegler was lying about Mandy… maybe it's supposed to be up to the viewer, I personally think the dead women at the at the party was Mandy.
Regarding Ziegler's voice being different than the Red Cloak guy, the voices ae different of course because as I said in my last post they are played by different actors as they wouldn't want to make it obvious who it was during the Masked Ball scene…It's very possible Ziegler could have been disguising his voice on purpose or using a voice changer device under his mask or costume. -

No, Ziegler is not putting on an English accent and using a voice conversion device
He’s just one of many perverted elites that attended the party. -

It is very easy to find devices that can make your voice have different accents…I'm not the only one who believes that Ziegler was the Red Cloak…do some research online about it there are many different theories on it.
As I mentioned before, watch the scene carefully the way the light shines on him when he is tapping the pool balls on the table and rewatch the Masked Ball scene. It is done the exact same way…there is a reason for that scene IMHO
