…I replay that part when watching it. A much rejoicing deserved cinematic slap if there ever was one. Even after Paul warned Percy to keep his trap shut if they remove the tape from his mouth, he still had to mouth off.

I don't recognizing him in anything else. He sure played his part brilliantly though.
If there ever was a film deserving of an ensemble Oscar, this would be a very strong contender.

He was nasty! Pure evil. That's what made it so satisfying when Percy was forced to shoot him

I question if Bill's shooting was too easy for him, than having to walk the green mile. He was a goner regardless.
The shooting though was the catalyst for Percy to receive his retribution and even if he came out of his shock, he was now a killer himself. John killed off 2 birds with one stone. It was also like John had killed Bill himself, for what he did to those girls and him taking the rap.
