I used to work for the government and fat is not a protected category. Of course you shouldn't be exceptionally rude to a heavyset person but at the same time the right comment here or there with the potential to stop us all from killing ourselves and save ourselves from gluttony is still OK.
I wonder if PC principal was aware of this when he was Kyle bashing from picking on Cartman. Because it might help him stay shredded. But yeah, I guess technically PC Princiapal was still right but because Kyle's attack would fall under the 'harassment' category. With current PC ideology fat is still not a protected category. If it's that bad then you could find something else that is wrong with what was done but fat is off limits as a protected category. It's not like gay. That's where they draw the line with the protected categories.

What the government protects and PC are two different things. And bitching about fat shaming is what SJWs do best.

        That's not really true.
Being fat is much more of a grey area within political correctness than most topics. You'll find varying opinions across the board and that includes people who are incredibly politically correct for the most part who have no trouble with criticising the overweight.

That's because PCers are nothing but phony posers. I honestly heard more racist and vile things out of PCers then anyone else. They feel its okay because they protect the classes which they deem to be on the endangered species list somehow.

If someone says something racist then that isn't PC. Just because someone might call themselves politically correct doesn't make it so and that doesn't mean that they speak for the concept.

PC people will absolutely say racist or bigoted things.as long as they consider it "punching up".

No, they won't. If they say racist or bigoted things then they aren't PC despite what they might claim.

People that use PC for their defence will say the most nonsensical things which includes racism or bigotry. You really don't seem to know how it works.

No; you're tarnishing the concept of political correctness with nobbers who claim to be flying its flag despite not being very politically correct.

The whole reverse guilt of "bodyshaming" is just an excuse for those who are in the dangerously obese category to not want to change. (Obese indicates health issues).
There are some rare circumstances where your metabolism and genetics come into play, but ultimately it comes down to the choices that you make in both diet and exercise.

Why would they need to change now that Obamacare (read us) is going to buy them some new knees. At least smokers have the decency to die early and thus save us 8 years of benefits payout, which along with the cigarette taxes, more than offsets their increased health car costs. Remember, .gov doesn't want to stop smoking, they just want to demonize it sufficiently to justify raising the sin taxes.
I am surprised that SP hasn't done a series on the whole medical/recreational marijuana legalization boondoggle. Portland is becoming more and more overrun by ne'erdowells flocking in to buy and smoke weed 24/7. I doubt those fans who are heavy users would ever put it together that they were even being mocked.
