Who cares if the price is down or up - MEXICO is paying for the wall, as he promised us from June, 2015 - November, 2016. SO who cares how much Mexico pays for the wall?
(Unless of course, HE LIED TO US AND WE'RE STUCK WITH PAYING.BUT HE WOULD NEVER LIE TO US, WOULD HE ?)

Don't be surprised when Trump starts doing his version of those 'Crazy Eddie' commercials that used to run in NYC , to broadcast his low price for cost of the Wall. (lol)
