yep, and she wasn't the only muslim or woman who voted for Trump. Just like there were many blacks, Hispanics, gays, etc. etc. who also voted for Trump. And the libs cannot comprehend this, because it contradicts their neat little way of thinking of how things are
supposed
to be. -

Not everyone can make a good choice, that is what our country is all about. We all get the right to vote even if some of us don't do their homework and then make a choice that isn't even in their own best interest. Trump won despite the fact that he was truly not the better choice.

Exactly - Brexit was a great example that, apparently, not too many Americans paid attention to when casting their vote for Trump.

People that voted for Brexit didn't think of all the consequences. They didn't realize they would be losing some of the benefits they had taken for granted. They felt the EU did nothing for them because they only thought of the impact within the United Kingdom.
The young people that voted for Brexit didn't understand they wouldn't be able to work, travel, and study within Europe without getting special permission. If the deal that is struck does not allow those working abroad to keep their jobs, there will be a tremendous amount of remorse. People were so worried about the "immigrant family living on welfare," they never considered Brexit could leave them unemployed. -

True, but if the 9 million under 40 that didn't vote had bothered to do so, the results may have been very different. Many interviewed after the vote said they never believed it would pass. Their ignorance is the reason they will soon no longer have the freedom to live and work anywhere in Europe, and for those that already do, they will need work permits and visas. The EU hasn't committed to grandfathering anyone already working abroad.
