i think you are mentally affected by how bad new horror movies are, i would say it's the safest movie i've ever seen, elegant and simple, no attempts for greatness but no real mistakes either.

Haha, you've summed it up pretty well, I've always loved since it came out when I was a teenager and it's just pure silly (i'm not saying stupid) fun, nothing more! But compared to the horror crap of now, it makes it seem way better.

It's a very flawed movie, but it is fun!

I would call the first one the best horror movies ever, the second was average at best but the first was the masterpiece.

I agree with the original poster. I Still Know What you Did Last Summer is a masterpiece.

It's actually better than the first. The first was alright. It was a little slow moving but still pretty decent. This one was funny, scary and alot of fun and overall, better.

No way. The first movie was an effective and suspenseful old school thriller slasher. While it was a little silly and cliched at times, the plot still made sense. This movie was just dumb and took itself too seriously. The third movie was much, much worse, though.
