Good day everyone, This is not a scam or a joke. I am a Ex-military vet that turned into a gun runner smuggling and maybe trafficking guns from Florida to the carribean. I got too friendly and invited a costumer into my operation that turned out to be the dumbest guy on the Island. In short, we got caught, the clowns all ratted on me and I was sentenced to(6)years in federal prison which I completed in Coleman FCC USP-2 Fed Pen, Coleman, FL 33521, unit K2, cell 205. I meet Russian and Italian Mobsters Like "Steve Vento" and became good friends with former Boston Irish Gangster Mob Boss: James " Whitey " Bulger !! He is in Cell 232!! We still exchange letters on the regular and he has given me (in writing and signed) permission to use his name and entity in any book and movie that I want!! This book and movie is about me!!! So I am looking for serious agents, Publishers, Producers to help me in getting my book and movie to reality. I saw " War Dogs " this weekend and I can relate very much to it! There are thousands of people who think that they have an interesting story, what separates them for the ones who get their work produced is that a skilled writer took the time to create something worth reading. And I can tell you right now that reading your description wasn't exactly exciting and it didn't jump off the page as a story that's begging to be made into a movie or novel.
Also, publishers, producers and famous actors are all too busy to read something from a writer with zero experience. If you have a completed manuscript, your best bet is getting it in the hands of someone at a literary agency. But just because you get it in their hands doesn't mean they're going to be rushing to read it, so try to establish good relationships and definitely don't let the first few pages be sloppy or boring.

He must have got radicalized when I was in. Now he is looking at 30+ years in prison, and he deserves it!!!!

It's a dime a dozen story. Unless it was BIG, you've got an uphill battle.
I have a friend (coincidentally lives in FL) who wrote a book about his escapades as courier, money laundered, and friend of the cartels of Columbia. Oh, yeah, he was also working as an informant for the DEA the whole time.
It's a pretty good story, he published a book, it's still on Amazon. He couldn't a volume publisher to consider his book for wide release.
If you think you've got something (not saying you don't), you will have to shop it around to the large and not so large publishers and see if anyone takes an interest.
Movies are VERY loosely based on true stories, and usually incorporate many different events from many different people into one venue. Most people can't even recognise their story on the screen after Hollywood get through with it.

One idea.
start making youtube videos ( shot with your phone) with your stories. Make it a soap opera. DONT tell the end of your story unti the NEXT video. Then start another story but dont end it until
this may get you a following generate some attention from hollywood
of course, don't say anything that could get you into more trouble
