I jumped at that scene, because it was totally unexpected. I also like that the director played the audience when he re-try a few times on the sofa, I was expecting the girl will pop up somewhere.

I don't know what you mean by "jump scene," but I found the segment where Kevin Bacon can't turn on the water and kicks the can into the second-floor window simply astonishing. And it's all in one take!

Yes, I've seen it before and noted the ending before. But last night, I had the surround system cranked up and those last moments really unnerved me.
I don't know if you're aware of this but I've already changed things. I killed Ben Linus.

I felt the scene where Tom pulls off Samantha's coat revealing the mummified corpse was startling.
I mean, you know it's coming and you brace yourself, but it still unnerves you not knowing exactly what you're about to see.
Then you see this blackened corpse with her bent glasses arranged crookedly on her face with that missing snaggle tooth.yeeeesh.
