I LOVE Kare Kano. What makes me sad is that hardly anyone I know even knows what it is (and they do watch other anime). I really think this show's one of the best. EVER, and possibly it suffered from lack of advertising? Or that dispute the producers had during the end. It would have been amazing if they got to the end of the manga.

98' was a busy year in anime. Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Serial Experiments: Lain, Cardcaptor Sakura, Outlaw Star, Yu-Gi-Oh maybe it got looked over.
