Are there any more details about it? I mean will there be deleted scenes, featurettes, a "where are they know" thing? If its basically just the same as the copy of the film I already have, I'll probably skip it.

It was announced a few hours ago at the 35 Years of Terror Convention.
2000's GINGER SNAPS will be coming to Scream Factory as a Collector's Edition in the Summer of 2014! Deal was just signed recently.
More details to follow in the new year. -

Scream Factory usually adds a lot of extra features to their releases, like new interviews and commentary tracks. Hopefully there will be a Katie and Emily commentary track. I'd love to hear their thoughts on the film. I've heard Katie talk about the film a bit in interviews and at conventions I've seen her at. It would be great to hear more from Emily about it.

I REALLY hope they include everything that was originally released in the Canadian Collector's Edition. That one of the best DVD releases in history because of just how much it offered, and even the menues were perfect. If they could keep everything the collector's edition had only in High Definition blu ray, and added some neat artowrk for the cover as they usually do with their releases, this will be my miggest anticipation of the year.

I'd like to buy this, but I'm kind of worried about it being a different region set up and all. On store pages it claims that I need a TV that can support NTSC, and a Blu Ray player that can support Region A.
