What a dumb **** she is, she should be fired immediately. Not for her comments, but because it's obvious she's too stupid to teach anyone anything.
The dude should be arrested though, he very clearly threatened the woman over her commentary about his welfare.

Uh, you have no idea what led up to that. The guy was very obnoxious and provoked her. He then physically threatened her. We'd need to see what happened before he started filming which he so conveniently left off. If she was smart she would have walked up in his face and let him put his hands on her so she could get his ass in jail.

What is the context of the altercation? In a fight people use words they think will inflict the most damage. We can't judge it unless we know the whole story. Obviously something occurred beforehand.
