..almost heavy at some points in this movie. compared to the film's she's recently been in (i'm thinking RENT) her chest and overall build looks much bigger in this movie.

I agree with you. Although I don't think that's a bad thing though lol. She's still such a beautiful person! And she's such a great actress. She might have lost the weight naturally, or maybe lost it specifically for Rent (I have to say, I haven't really seen many of her movies between Josie and Rent). It's possible her chest became smaller when she lost her weight, too. Maybe that's why she looks so different between the two movies.

I work in an office on Wilshire blvd in Los Angeles, CA. As it turns out, there is an entertainment lawyer in the building, and I happen to see Rosario Dawson leaving the building.
She looks just as good in person!
To my chagrin, the building I'm in is also the one where Britney Spears goes to for her drug testing (can you say TMZ.com camp zone? I bet you can!)

probably
lost weight for that role. Personally, I think she looks absolutely gorgeous in this movie. I would love to have a body like hers.

I agree but whether or not she was in fact heavier, I think the unflattering costumes had alot to do with it

She's a black woman. They're heavier naturally. She was a size 8-12 in this movie. Fat? Compared to a white actress in 2001 of course but for a normal woman, a normal black women? No.
