Did Sunday cross her? If so, I don't remember.

Something going back to the Paul/Chris/etc. feud, I think. It seemed pretty one-sided, as I only ever heard Jess mention she thought Chris was targeting her

Sunday thinks she is some big fish in the game and that she matters. Jessica does not seem to think about Sunday.

Who's Sunday again. She's so unimportant.

Sunday betrayed Jess who she was in an alliance with by trying to vote her out the time David played the idol to save Jess. Sunday thinks since she had been in an alliance with Jess that that meant Jess was more angry at her than at Chris.

I guess that would explain it. Thank you.

So essentially, Sunday was worried she'd get targeted for going against an old ally so thought it would be better to just target said old ally

cele it's reasonable logic. A pre-emptive ejection. Get them before they get me.

Yeah it does make sense. In a way, Sunday might have been the one coming out on top after this episode. Although Chris left, her target Jessica left on rocks without her even voting for her lol long term-wise, I predict there will be a flip vote somewhere and she or Bret will be the casualty of that, but for now, good for her.
