The Man with the Golden Gun, Octopussy, A View to a Kill, The World is Not Enough and Tomorrow Never Dies are all lower. WTF -

This is definitely the worst by far.
Quantum of Solace isn't that bad though. I would rate Spectre worse than that one.
I'd have to argue that Octopussy is worse than A View to a Kill as far as Moore films go. View at least had Christopher Walken as the main bad guy.
Diamonds is definitely the weakest Connery Bond film, but it's actually still pretty good. I do believe that they should have made it a vengeance story though after Majesty. The filmmakers barely reference Tracy's death.
