When John Q was about to kill himself, his wife shouted out that they found a donor and then you heard him pull the trigger. Then it shows John in hospital scrubs, and then watching the heart transplant. One minute he's dead, and the next he's alive. Very confusing. Unless he wasn't pointing the gun at himself when he pulled the trigger.

I thought I heard the same thing. Did he forget to take the safety off again?
Or maybe he was just putting it back on.
