If he was in uk there wouldn't be a movie he would just be on the donor list, even alcoholics and drug addicts get it in uk for free.
This movie shows the problem with privatisation, you may be insured but they'll do there best not to pay or to get your @rse out as quick as possible and if they do pay next year when it's up for renewal nobody will insure you just like car insurance you crash the price of insurance goes up.
