I am 35 minutes into it and i am guessing-
the governer's daughter and her psychiatrist partner did it, she did it he covered it up
and the daughter is actually the dad's..
this is a wild guess..
will confirm in 1 hour when i finish watching the rest of this episode and the second part

You probably didn't expect it to turn in to the totally mad and sadistic episode it is, did you?
I love the ending, I love how dark this episode is.

haha yup didnt see that comingim impressed, didnt think i was able to be surprised any more but i was wrong
.it was a pretty good episode
