The whole scene where Heero realizes he made a mistake, which resulted in a little girl and her dog getting killed.
These kinds of things happen everyday, you know.
Imagine you were a U.S. soldier in Iraq, and because you made a mistake, a little girl was killed.

yeah,me also being a duo fan,but my fave part of the movie is where he's in a cell, and kicks the door open, and if im not mistaken, squashes two gaurds standing outside?
wouldnt you just love a sequel?
becomes apparent that treis,'s 2nd cousin's wife's mother's nephew's hairdresser's brother's neice's 3rd uncle's football player turns to destruction methods, when he found out dakin barton was killed, everyone gets new gundams built.except wofei coz he's a loser. he can watch, gundam pilots get the hell kicked outta them by a new mobilesuit that can transfom into a giant coathanger(forget that bit) this new suit, better than the gundams,sothey must investigate who is behind the new suit being so powerful, and who is piloting it, so the story goes on, -

I love the part when Sally says something snide to Duo, and Duo looks indignant and says "If you're joking, that's cruel, and if you're being serious, that's even worse!" And the bit where Duo punches Heero in the face and Heero punches Duo in the gut is pretty funny, too.

Best moment by far is when Lady Une is talking on the phone saying they can't possibly win a war because of their lack of weapons. All of the sudden a door opens and we see the bottom half of a man who we thought was dead. He says, "Excuse me. I've come to ask for a code name. If I may suggest I'd like the name wind, appropriate for one who puts out fires." Smirks. Unbelievable scene!!

That, plus the follow up moment when he collapses down in the bunker. Remember watching that as a child, and I knew back then, that when Heero fell into Relena's arms everything was complete. GodI miss those years

Best part hands down, is when Heero first gets the wing zero back.
That And this:
Random Soldier: We're online with one of the Gundam pilots, sir!
(Heero shows up on screen.)
Relena: Heero!
Heero: Let me confirm. Your shelter shields are activated?
Dekim: What?
Heero: Your shelter is secure, is it?
Mariemaia: Of course it is. See for yourself just how powerless you are.
Heero: Roger that.
Mariemaia: pees in her pants
The following moments make it more badass too.
Dekim: (after Wing Zero shoots the shelter.) Gather all the Serpents here! Shoot down Wing Zero!
Mariemaia: (quivering) W-w-what a miserable person. He's not gonna be able to accomplish anything.
Relena: (calm and composed) Are you afraid, Mariemaia?
Mariemaia: Hm.
(Wing Zero shoots the shelter again.)
Random Soldier: The shelter's shield has lost half its strength. Wing Zero's aim is accurate to one hundredth of a unit. The shelter will collapse for sure if it's hit in the same spot.
Dekim: Stop it! Don't you know that Relena Peacecraft is in here?
(Heero is seen hesitating.)
Relena: Hm. Heero. [closes eyes as though putting her faith in him to do what he has to and completely accepting what it meant] (One of the two instances that she does this "say my name" thing that turned out to be cool IMO. The other instance was just a few scenes before, right after the epic scene of Heero getting Wing Zero back.)
Mariemaia: craps pants completely
Heero: (puts buster rifle down at first, sees image of little girl, epic music starts to play, and Heero opens his eyes and proceeds to open a can of whoopass on the shelter, destroying Wing Zero in the recoil)
