A After Doumet says "He's been with her every night", we see Muir walking to the restaurant for about 2 seconds, then another 2 seconds of him sitting down looking at Doumet's photos, then it goes back to the walking scene. Shoddy editing?
    B. After the building is blown up, we see Tom going to the apartment and finding it empty, but the scenes where Elizabeth is abducted, doesn't come until much later and then we see Tom reading the letter (can anyone read the words?)
    C. When Doumet is observing the apartment, see Tom coming out and can see the little blue 2CV Citroen on the left of the screen, but when Elizabeth comes out, she turns left and gets into the car which is now on the right. Then Doumet stands up, and we can see a glimpse of the 2CV on the left again. (Or maybe there are two such cars in Beirut?)
Does it matter? Hey, they pay heaps to get the continuity right, they have preview screenings too.
    D. When the helicopters (or only one doubled up?) land on the prison roof, we can clearly see the man with paddles guiding it in!!! Did no one else in the crew see this? They should have.
Complaints about the type of cap, or aerials, are so trivial.

it's a whole lot harder to shine, than undermine.

A plot loophole is an inconsistency that makes the story not flow correctly, whereas what you describe is merely an opinion that questions credulity.
