When Bishop tells Muir at the airfield the last time he sees him "I'm done with your rules, and done with you", he was referring to how the Sheik operation was handled poorly with the explosion, pissed that his contact (the doctor) died. Muir later tells the CIA that he brokered a deal with the Chinese agents to trade Elizabeth Hadley for a imprisoned US diplomat so his cover would not be blown. My question is, Bishop did go after Hadley in China in the end, as we all know, but did he know Muir was the one behind putting Hadley in the prison, or did he just hear about Hadley going to prison from another source?
