Although the OP cannot spell and is coming across a tad aggressive, the people asking "what has this got to do with the movie?" must be a little dim.
It is a typically stereotype version of England (Guess what? Not everyone in the UK is connected to the Queen - and we dont all come from Aristocacy) featuring stuck up Brits ("No hugs-We're British!" - Please) who dont know how to have a good time and laugh/dance etcthen this crazy, "endearing" American girl comes along to show us how it is done! Shes falls over all the time because she is just so darn normal and cute, us Brits dont ever fall over, we are just too consertative and polished for that! Thank god the American girl can show us how it is done! We were so repressed before!!
THAT is what the OP is saying.
Now before I get a whole load of abuse from this post, yes I know it is only a film, and I know its only a bit of fun. I also know that we sterotype Americans too (Either New Yorkers or from the South)To be honest the whole British sterotype thing doesnt bother me, its kind of funny and has become tradition now in American films regarding the UK. The only thing that pissed me off slightly - and this is what the OP is getting at but I will be more tactful - is that it took a young crazy American girl who..gasp..has tattoos and nail varnish, to show the boring Brits how its done. It smacked of arrogance. Still just a bit of fun I guess.

I realize that you irrationally hate Americans
Yes because thats what I said, lol
Actually you are misinterpreting what is going on. My point is, why did they have to be upper crust society in the first place? I know, because that is typically American film producers view of the British.

The OP is called "chicagosuspense", very British name don't you think?
My guess is that they are an American troll and a lot of Americans in this thread who are quick to call them British don't seem to realise what or where Chicago is. Says a lot about America.
Opinions are just onions with pi in them. -

LOL when the Brits were at the peak of their empire they pretty much tried to Englishnize everyone too. If you are British you haven't any room to talk about America forcing it's will upon the world.
