The entire cast is amazing, but these always standout:
Ian McShane (obviously)
Paula Malcomson
Powers Boothe
Molly Parker
Brad Dourif

No question, the ones you mentioned are all fantastic. Ian McShane had the benefit of not only being an amazing actor, but also having an amazing character written for him to sink his teeth into. Maybe the best character in television history. I do like Timothy Olyphant, but found his acting to be a little wooden for me for the Bullock character.

Robin Wiegert
Jim Beaver
Garret Dillahunt
Even though he was only in the first season, Ray McKinnon was amazing as Reverend Smith. And William Sanderson is woefully under appreciated as the brilliantly played weasel, EB Farnum.

Agreed, I thought Sanderson was great. I did have a bit of hard time getting used to him though, as someone who has religiously watched Blade Runner, he is just so ingrained in my mind as JS Sebastian.
I loved Keone Young's portrayal of Wu. I loved his scenes with McShane.

They were all good. My buddy told me about the show when it came out and I've just now finished a 3 day marathon. 10/10. Ending was majorly unsatisfying though.

I would add William Sanderson!
It should be said that I thought the whole cast was pretty great.
