First of all, learn to spell actor name when you blast him.
Second, it's very commun than somebody who don't know a language learn it when he passed a long time in a country where there is only this language who're spoken. The story of the movie is based on a long period, not only 3 days.
This movie is not the best of ToM Hanks, but it's certainly not the worst (Lady Killer is the worst) If you only see one or two movie of T. Hanks, do only a critic of this movie and not in comparison of all his movie (sorry but Green Mile is a great movie)
And it's supposed to be a light movie, not an historical one or language-history one I don't care that it's bulgarian or russian or gibberish that he talk I just know it's not english and there's language barrier in this movie.

This is so not Hank's worst role. Have you not seen "Polar Express", Lady-killers", or the "DaVinci Code?
      Talk about miscast there.

"He can not even close a suitcase for a kid without breaking it."
The kid couldn't close it either. When he tried to help, he underestimated the poor craftsmanship of the suitcase and accidentally cracked it. He wasn't portrayed as a blithering idiot. Rather, he was shown to be a considerate and helpful person with bad luck (his food vouchers blow away while he helps).
"He has no concept on how to use a phone but in a few days he has learned enough English to understand "sensible heels"."
He knows how to use a phone. He just doesn't know how to use the payphone card that he was given since he can't read English. (Even if you can read English, those things are a pain in the neck) After buying English and Russian versions of the same book, he begins to pick up English. (You can learn a language fairly quickly if you're determined to learn and are fully immersed in it) Trying to get as much reading material as possible, he stumbled across a pamphlet for PayLess Shoes. Their advertising campaign slogan: "Sensible Heels".
"He is not capable of understanding any English but no translators has been available to make him understand his situation."
Victor was a "small fish" and not worth bringing in a Russian/English translator. Based on their "medicine for goat" incident, it doesn't look like their Russian/English translators are readily available. Victor may not have fully grasped every detail of what was going on (his country being in turmoil), but it was pretty clear that he understood that he was to wait in the Airport and was not to enter into the USA. That was good enough for them.
"The airport authorities are trying to get him leave the airport without permission so somebody else can arrest him and shift the problem to someone else."
I don't know what's so hard to understand. They are busy and want to make him someone else's problem. Happens all the time.
"The only people who are helping Victor are a fugitive Indian man, a law breaking hispanic and a black man who has been bringing pot and alcohol to the airport."
        And
"Although he has been getting food from the food driver everyday, every meal he eats as if he has come from a two week starvation in a well."
Nope. He ate that way after eating Burger King and that was it. It was understandable, too, since he had previously been living off a steady diet of saltines and condiments.
"He can not pronounce "ch" in cheat6s Although his language is hovering around Cryllic which has a letter for the sound but he can say the "h" which is absent."
You may be right. I'm no expert on the matter.
"Suddenly he is using the Russian NY guide to learn English. In a few more days he is capable of following conversation about many things with stewardess slut who is jumping flight to screw the married man."
What do you mean "Suddenly" he's using the guide? Suddenly? He needed to learn English, so he bought the books. That was a smart way to learn.
I don't know exactly how much time elapsed before he was able to speak broken English with the stewardess, but I've already addressed the fact that, in a pinch, you can learn a language fairly quickly.
"The same person not capable of operating a phone is using tools with such expertise that is admired by the American contractors."
Again, he can use a phone, just not an annoying phone card that is written in a foreign language. And why shouldn't he be a skilled builder? Builders don't travel?
"Also in an airport he can enter different areas, pull fuses, alter furniture, etc in US, after 9/11. Don't forget that this is an international terminal but it closes at night the same as a little airport in Tortolla, BVI. The languages change from Russian, Belarusian, Bulgarian to gibberish and back. The news clips are Romanian."
        Very nitpicky, but agreed.
"This is not a funny movie unless you are an US American with no understanding of other countries who thinks all other countries are just retarded, backwards and idiots."
Or, maybe it's not a funny movie unless you're not an oversensitive/overly-critical person whose anti-American bias blocks their humor receptors. No movie is perfect, this one definitely clashes with 100% realism in various ways. However, it's not hard to see how someone can find it heartwarming and amusing.
"who thinks all other countries are just retarded, backwards and idiots."
Retarded, backwards and idiots, eh? Weren't you just complaining about Victor's linguistic prowess and his skills as a master carpenter? Didn't Victor manage to undermine all of the government's efforts to force him out of the airport in violation of U.S. law? If you don't like the movie and you don't like "US Americans", then that's fine. At least keep your story straight.

Saw this yesturday finally after missing it for so long. I had forgotten about this movie, until my GF told me she randomly had it.
Yeah I agree with the OP that it's pretty disrespectful to have Tom Hanks play a character who's a mish mash of all these different Eastern European cultures and making him pass as one type of (fictional) culture. But let's just forget all about that for now. The story was initially entertaining. I did like the struggle between Hanks and Tucci but yeah I was wondering as well as to why they couldn't get a translator. It would made stuff easier for both Tucci and Hanks. I really didn't care about the subplotsthe worst one was with Zoe Saltana and the Mexican guy. I found it really unrealistic because he has Hanks do all the talking for him, while he's too scared to talk to her, and they somehow get married at the end without them even talking to each other at all!! She doesn't even find out who he is until the very end and randomly says yes to him!! I just found it really stupidI guess you're supposed to get wrapped up in the sentimentality of it all and just go along with it but I found it too much. I didn't care about the Indian cleaner subplot either, and the Catherine Zeta-Jones' subplot was a throw away as well.
It just sucks cuz it starts out really well but then around the 45 minute mark it starts getting uninteresting with the subplots and with all the nagging questions you have in your head you have with the plot itself.

Having been bred on romantic flicks that didn't register on my radar. Well observed.

This film was really good. Some of Hanks' best work for sure!

I completely agree with OP. This movie was disgusting and utter piece of crap. I can't decide what I hated more - the narrow-mindedness of producers or the empty storywriting where everything revolves around a random guy. I felt like watching some old 90's movie with the classical 'good' and 'bad' guys and the stupidity of airport officials.
"He has fell through a crack in the system" - what kind of an idiotic excuse is this?
I mean the plot doesn't get more cliche than this. Jokes were utterly boring, I don't seem to understand how this can be categorized as a comedy.
