Syndication shortens series on FX

For the last two runs in a row FX has stopped at S10/E23 and jumped back to the pilot.
Does anybody know if there was some kind of contract dispute over this?
The show got too LOGOish near the end but Charlie's Illegitimate gay daughter was delightful and very tasty looking but they could at least finish the thing.

Yes, they must have a contract for a VERY limited number of episodes. That would explain why for the last 3 days, they have been airing the same 3 or 4 episodes.
BTW the gay daughter is cute (especially for a chunky woman).
