Les Dennis for me as well - he sent himself up, but in a really tragic, close to the bone way. The best comedy is mixed with pathos, and there was a real sympathy for his character, credit to him for amping it up. The scene with the genie where he breaks down on stage is one of the funniest I have ever watched. "Just do some more of the queer beep haha

Sir Ian McKellen explaining his acting was priceless, I was in stitches. I really enjoyed Daniel Radcliffe but I think that was more because of the way his part was written as opposed to him being particularly hilarious.

Probably Patrick Stewart, I see him as Captain Picard so for me to watch him be essentially a big pervert was really funny. "I've seen it all."
Kate Winslet was really good too.

this was comedy gold, and had me in hysterics.
But i'd say kate winslet and orlando bloom.
