On this issue, the Administration is "uncertain" - yet President Trump is absolutely convinced, despite a total lack of evidence, that 3-5 million votes were illegally cast for Ms. Clinton in California.

And this nation is full of illegal aliens and Dems have been perpetrating vote fraud for a half century. ICE agents deporting illegals have many times found voter paraphernalia on them. That's enough by any standard to investigate it.
