One of my favorite lines from the movie is when Kale tells the police "The man didn't just wake up five minutes ago! He's been kidnapping and killing people!" as if those two things aren't mutually exclusive. As if he couldn't have woken up five minutes ago AND still have been kidnapping and killing people. That always gets a laugh out of me.
I also love Kale's reaction when Ashley climbs through his window when he's blasting Minnie Ripperton. "What the ffff?!"
Say what you want about Shia Labeouf now, but he was great in this movie. I've always found his portrayal of Kale to be very relatable
