Poll: Is being a Karen akin to standing up for yourself ?

It always older obviously very privileged women who throw loud hissy fits, calling for owners and threatening to start hate campaigns against a shop if it doesn't do gift wrapping, for example. Never mind that the place is tiny with absolutely no space for it, only one member of staff on duty and there's a queue out the door… a Karen won't care because her needs outweigh absolutely everything. After all, she has been on the planet longer than you so everyone has TO SNAP TO!
Another example of human type that desperately needs exterminating. -

If you are being reasonable and calm, I see no reason not to point out a bad deal if asked.
If I am getting bad service or a bad deal in an establishment, I walk out of the place and take my business elsewhere.
Nine times out of ten, the people who are waiting on you may be having a bad day. Why make it worse by being a total bitch?
Contrary to the way I may present myself here, I do know how to conduct myself in public.
You asked a pretty question; I've given you the ugly answer.

I'm sure you do and that is a very emphatic approach to take to be aware of a service person having a bad day. Everyone is still only human.
Norman! What did you put in my tea?
