I liked the series very much since I recognize myself when I watch Dexter, without the killings. I was diagnosed anti-social with narcissistic tendencies by my former shrink. The part where he doesn't feel anything when something bad happens to anyone is exactly how I feel. I even laugh when I see the misery on tv or in real life. I've been to several funerals, even close family, and I couldn't comprehend why people around me were crying. People die, so what? That's life.
