The show tries to be natural, with the performances so rehearsed and the great sets, but it is a show about therapy, so a lot of times the breakthrough moments are predictible, at least in the reactions. However, every now and then the show managed to caught me off guard. When Paul (as us) learn that Adele is pregnant; when Alex and Paul almost get physical; when Gina fights back Pauls reprovals; Pauls reaction when Sophie tells him that a boy refused to beep her and insulted her.
Do you guys ever had moments like that?

I was surprised by the reason that Sunil was in jail, to be honest. That was a pretty good twist. I was kind of surprised to that Paul started having deeper feelings toward Adele, because of how he put her down for being inexperienced and was so hostile toward her. But not totally surprised, as transference is a common issue in therapy.
