This is the old movie in color, from 1960,'70, or the '80.
It's a romance drama movie where a man is transferred into an alternate reality where he is successful and married to a beautiful woman. But later she dies from heart disease.Then he decides to return to our reality so that he could save this woman. He finds her and saves her and that is how the movie ends.
The movie starts with a man who is an engineer or scientist and who leads an empty, lonely life. An accident in a factory with a generator transfers him into an alternate reality where he is a successful man (a writer or some kind of an artist ) and where he is married to a beautiful wife.
He falls in love with her from the first glance, but he finds out that, for some reason, she hates him.
Later he discovers that this is because the man whose life he is now living was cheating on his wife. But he refuses to do that anymore since he falls in love with his "wife " from the first sight.He breaks up with his mistress and starts to slowly woo his wife.
She falls in love with him in time and they start having the perfect marriage.
But something is wrong with her.She is constantly tired and she sleeps a lot.
Then he finds out that she is dying from a heart disease.That disease is curable in our reality, but uncurable in this one.He is incapable to do anything and watches as his wife dies.
Then, after the period of grief, he realizes that the same woman also exists in our reality as well and that she is suffering from the same disease. Probably unknown to her.He decides to get back to our reality and to his old life just so that he can save that woman.
He breaks in into the factory and causes an accident deliberately that sends him right back.
Then he starts searching for that woman but he doesn't know her name or anything.He only knows the name of the city where she grew up. Or something like that.
We also see the scenes where that woman is shown in this reality, while she is working at a cal center or something. She complains that she is constantly tired but doesn't think that there is anything wrong with her.
He is frantically searching for her while the time runs out.
She comes home from work and passes out in her house.While she is alone.
At the last minutes of the movie, he finds her,breaks in into her house and calls the paramedics.
And then they take her to the hospital.
That is how the movie ends.
The movie has a possible word flower in a title. Word like "flower", "rose ", "Lilly " or "White ".
Please help I am going crazy here. -

Quest for Love (1971)

After a scientific experiment goes horribly wrong during a demonstration, a scientist finds himself trapped in an alternative reality that bears some similarities to our own but also has some striking differences. In this other reality the Second World War had never occurred, and mankind had not yet traveled into space. Also in this other reality, he is no longer a scientist but rather a well-known author. He also finds that he is married to a beautiful woman with whom he instantly falls in love. However, his alternate self does not care for her. He has some difficulty convincing anyone that he is not actually who they think he is. With the help of a physics professor who believes his story, he finally manages to convince his 'wife' that he is not the man she knew before. After a personal tragedy in this alternative world, he finds himself back in his own world and desperately trying to locate the woman he fell in love with in the other world. Little does she know that her life depends on him finding her.
