Print, small screen and big screen, it's not even a contest and I'm surprised when anyone claims otherwise.
I think even most diehard DC fans admit Marvel is outclassing any DC character by a ton on the big screen. There's nothing to even try and debate on that front. It's no wonder Aquafinaman is so angry.
I can't say I read many DC books any more but from what I've seen it's a mess. Marvel is misfiring in a few of their books so it's not exactly a stellar or vintage battle like it was years ago. Still, sales numbers favor Marvel so there's that.
As for TV, it honestly isn't even close. DC is laying out three cheaply funded efforts to Marvel's two high quality main network gems. Having seen Gotham, Flash and Arrow and most of their poorly written logic flawed episodes I literally laugh when I read any praise. To be fair, Flash is still young and has a great concept and cast. That could very easily rally like Agents of SHIELD did from their sluggish start and Flash could become a good show. Leaving that out of the mix, I watch Arrow and Gotham and just cringe. Both those shows drift in to laughably bad TV, especially Gotham's cheese. Most non-fanboys label Gotham as crap so no need to dwell on it. Arrow is the show that seems to appeal to limited thinkers as popcorn entertainment so that's fine and I'm happy for them. Just please, don't be delusional and think it lines up higher than either AoS or Agent Carter because well written shows like those deserve proper acknowledgement.
Now, the Netflix Marvel series will be hitting and delivering more depth and quality to the small screen. I know many DC fans will continue to be frustrated and blindly bash something they want to hate but it's clear that no amount of trolling will ease their pain. They should just enjoy things on their limited side of the fence. Maybe it'll reduce their own pain and jealousy to stop watching these Marvel efforts? -

I like both Marvel and DC, but the only field I can even remotely see anyone comparing them to is honestly tv. DC's universe only has one film under it's belt, I don't know why everyone is comparing them.
The last time I checked both Arrow and the Flash were very well received, but I don't watch either of those shows or any of Marvel's Agent series, but I plan on checking out Daredevil.

For Christ sake the amount of sheep on here advertising for marvel is ridiculous! Marvel is more successful that's the one and only difference, the rest is up to personal opinion.. IF it were DC in their position and didn't have such a bad run starting out you'd all be doing the exact same only with that role reversed lol
you can't call yourself any kind of fan if you can't enjoy the fact both companies comics are coming to life for us on the big screen and for the record marvels tv lineup is absolutely horrendous compared to the flash and arrow -

DC actually creates their own heroes though and doesn't need to ripoff japanese and indian cinema like marvel does.
You are talking about a comic company that copied Marvel's style in the 60s and is now copying them again with the shared universe idea in BvS.

Marvel Studios Agents of Shield was brutally awful the first season,apparently its gotten better, Agent Carter wasn't very good, and Daredevil was true great
