Shame On Anyone That Pays To See This Trash

President Bush compared liberal fools with people who ignored the rise of Lenin and Hitler early in the last century, saying "the world paid a terrible price" then and risks similar consequences for inaction today.
"Unfortunately, on too many issues, some in Congress are behaving as if America is not at war," Bush said.
He argued that the current debate over the Iraq war and the Bush administration's anti-terror methods harkens back to debates decades ago in Washington when Soviet founder Vladimir Lenin first talked about launching a communist revolution, when Adolf Hitler began moves to establish an "Aryan superstate" in Germany, and when some argued that Cold War accommodation of the Soviet Union was wiser than competition.
"Now we're at the start of a new century, and the same debate is once again unfolding, this time regarding my policy in the Middle East," Bush said. "Once again, voices in Washington are arguing that the watchword of the policy should be stability."
Bush said denial that "we are at war" is dangerous.
"History teaches us that underestimating the words of evil, ambitious men is a terrible mistake," Bush said. "Bin Laden and his terrorist allies have made their intentions as clear as Lenin and Hitler before them. And the question is, will we listen?" -

Wow..its a movie..and it was very well done!
And it is not all about politics, maybe you were too busy complaining about the context and missed what was going on. The movie is about making decisions and how they all shape who we are. Its about the effects our decisions have on ourselves and others around us. I'm not saying that the movie was not about the war because it clearly was, but to say its trash is pretty childish to say.
We know all the facts you stated..we're not new to this country..but this is a movie..based on the point of view of screenwriters..its not actually going to happen or affect your life in any way..CHILL! -

I am ashamed of you. You claim that people of certain political parties are enemies of America, when in fact it is the concept of dissenting viewpoints which makes America the country it is. Your slobbering, hot-headed rant is a manifestation of everything wrong with Americans today. The attitude that anyone who disagrees with you is a fear-mongering barbarian is an ignorant and dangerous thing to say and goes to show how little people appreciate what in fact freedom truly is. If you want to live in a country where there is only one opinion, move to North Korea, at least it will spare us your paranoid delusions of the end of western civilization as we know it. A movie isn't going to bring the country to it's knees, and I highly doubt that the democratic party will either.
Please do not listen to this person. He is an angry, paranoid, and belligerent person who seems to be unable to grasp the basic premise of Jeffersonian
Democracy. By jumping on his bandwagon, you only encourage him to convince more people that the principles of democracy are one person making all the decisions and everyone else bending over and taking it. Remember, one fool is is harmless, but in crowds, they are the most dangerous form of life known to man.
Return to your lives, citizens! -

Ah, the conservative mindset
DUKEJBM, is this what you want to hear? "Look at me, I'm a liberal! Excuse me, I must go down to K-Mart and buy a handgun which I will then ship off to my friend Ahmed who lives in a bad neighbourhood in Tikrit! But first, I'm going to light up a doobie, abort foetuses and have sex with men, followed by taking an axe to SUVs to reduce my neighbourhoods' carbon footprint!"
What is it with you damn conservatives that has demonised the liberal viewpoint? I would consider myself liberal, but I don't want war in Iraq to continue. I want a ceasefire, followed by peaceful negotiations. I want Osama bin Laden imprisoned and President Bush impeached. I'm not really pro-abortion, I don't do drugs, I'm not gay and, best of all
I'm not American. It is soooo funny to watch you bitch about the liberals as the rest of the world laughs.
A citizen of the world by birth, not American by the grace of God (or Allah, or whatever you're into).
Three claws on his knees, he's not human. -

I'm a true American, and I plan to add to its box office. Fine, be ashamed of me, I really don't care. True americans, as you call them, are allowed to express their right to free speech, last time I checked. And if free speech means speaking out against the war and this so-called current administration, then so be it. And I know you may call me un-patriotic for doing so, but then again, Free Speech is being patriotic. Yes, I have issue with the whole war in general. So far over $50 billion has been spent, and yet where's the proof any of it has done any good whatsoever? Has the new democratic gov't been installed yet? Oh yeah, there was the recent assination of some newly elected official. You honestly believe a democratic gov't can be installed sucessfully? It would be great if it was. It would be great to see it do well. I hardly think by seeing this film, I would be supporting terrorists. I am glad films like this are being made. It's about time! Keep in mind, Bush's last month in office is in January 2009. Thank goodness! What a mess he is leaving behind.

THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU! EACH OF YOU MADE REALISTIC, REASONABLE RESPONSES TO DUKEJBM. You are the 'true' Americans - you know BS when you hear it!! DUKEJBM, how dare you compare the people who go to see this MOVIE to terrorists! It is actually people like you with your warped belief system that's got the U.S. in the stinky world position it occupies today!

Liberals are such idiots.
Liberals are in fact invested in the defeat of America. To them, "the war is already lost" (Harry Reid).
Liberals are destroying America, and are working to replace it with a socialist, then a communist system. This is all very well documented for anyone that isn't foolish enough to ignore the agenda of the left.
Go to hell you stupid, sniveling liberals!
Robert Redford, watch as your stupid propaganda film is rejected by the America you hate. -

I can't even get mad about things like this anymore. So, it's well-documented, yet you can't supply us with your sources? Your reputable, credible sources, written by authors who don't have an agenda that could possibly influence their political philosophies and theories into the realm of bias? If you pull out a link to Tucker Carlson or Anne Coulter on me, I'll know how lightly to treat your perspective on any political matter. -

"Truth justice AND THE AMERICAN way" still matter. Liberal hollywood may have intentionally cut that phrase from the last Superman movie but real America is still a proud America. That's why Spider-Man is now the true American hero, far surpassing Superman. The Spider-Man films have gone out of their way to show Spidey in front of and honoring the flag. Spider-Man rakes in the big bucks while liberal crap like this flops every time.

I will not try to reason with or influence you DUKEJBM because for you to hear me your head would need to be removed from somewhere I shall not name.
However, I have to ask
What
IS
the American way
??? Honestly, what does it mean to you? Or is it just a trite phrase that makes you feel good about who you are and where you live? -

Wow, I nearly spat my tea all over my desk reading that!! Brilliant!!
Maybe you can send Spidey into Iraq? In a new Camo webslinging outfit?
"Spiderman is now the true American hero, far surpassing Superman". Amazing banter that.
Still, good to see a right old tear up about issues no one can really do anything about. Personally, I see nothing woring with wanting no more War, however justified the War might be. Both sides can be right here. Anyway, I'm getting suckered in Off to watch Spiderman 3. -

he simply said they were wrong.funny how libs work, huh?
Funny how conservatives like you work, 'cause I'll be damned if what you presented was a cohesive argument, and not you puffing out your chest to tell correct dissenting opinions with "how it is". Saying "these are the facts" neither makes what you say fact*, nor makes your case a viable argument. The tax cuts you refer to sure do help a percentage of Americans who live in a higher tax bracket, but then, that's how trickle-down economics work.
If you adhere to the thought that "what's good for business and the rich is good for the country," then sure, Republican economics have certainly benefited our country. That said, people with practical experience working in government and a healthy dose of common sense.
I'd be interested in seeing your argument for how Republican rule has helped our economy, and where you're seeing the current economy being healthy.**
Also, who says I'm a liberal?
*Watch: Here's the facts, red is green.
**I wouldn't, because I've heard it all before, but I doubt you'll say much more than "lulz libz r stoopid" anyways.
