I find that most people arent so much malicious as just uninformed. The mass media is the only source of information for a great many people, and the mass media was running with whatever gets them more clicks (rather than truth) since at least the 60s.

No, they are called immigrants, because thats what they are. Refugees are people who run from war and STOP IN THE FIRST COUNTRY WHERE THEIR LIFE IS NOT IN DANGER. I agree that they would gain very little, however for example in the case of sex trafficking in UK i mentioned earlier - the authorities later disclosed that they knew this was happening but were too affraid to dismantle it under the threat of being called racists by the media. So while its not so much of a conspiracy, but authorities arent all black and white as you think.

83% of Albanian population are believers of Islam, not much of an atheist country now is it. Islam is very much out to destroy everybodys freedom. it is slaughtering millions in india right as we speak. Sharia law is being implemented in any place where islamists get the majority, such as Lybia. Polls consistently show that majority of european and US muslims want sharia law implemented. They just dont have the numbers to form a vote-block yet.

They are limited to your imagination. There are no ongoing killings of black men by white police officers. In fact if you look at statistics most people killed by police in US are white. And outside of US that issue does not even exist.

Watching the film, you wouldn't think that corrupt Arab sheiks were key US allies (check out the US-Saudi relationship, which has been on the go since the 1940s). You wouldn't think the French were NATO partners and even the post-Communist Albanians were in the process of joining NATO, which happened about a year after this film was released. No, the entire world is a vast conspiracy aimed at kidnapping (white) American virgins to be sex slaves.
They were Albanians, not Turks, so Neeson's character gets hold of an Albanian-English dictionary as he begins his investigation. Incidentally, Marko from Tropoje is likely to be from a Christian background with a name like Marko (ethnic Albanians can be either Muslim or Christian).
