Yesboth sides(the extreme ones) seem a little mad over there. The original leaks seem largely checked outunless as you say HBO all of a sudden got super slick. A 10% hedge seems about rightwith possible fakery or early drafts. "Lads2", not sure what to think with all those accusations and counter accusations of stealth posters making things up and having agendas.

They'd have known that Kit and Emilia shooting together would be picked up immediately. So, instead of trying to hide it they rolled with it.
They had Shae in costume in Meereen last year. It was a misdirection.

If lads1 is a fake then it's someone from HBO or the show trolling us. Which would be AMAZING but highly unlikely.
I think it's the
least
likely possibility, Lads being legitimate or someone unrelated to the show funning us being more probable, but I wouldn't say it was
highly
unlikely for the following reason:
Just what did D&D have the entire cast saying all of last offseason? Something about Jon Snow being dead and not coming back, wasn't it? They had a plethora of actors and actresses feeding disinformation to the media over the course of months. That sort of premeditated campaign takes a lot more work and is more prone to discovery than if they had a few tokes off the bowl one night and decided they could 'leak' a bunch of 'spoilers' in a few posts and deceive everyone yet again. If that story about them writing up a script that had Theon becoming a zombie to play with Alfie Allen is correct they've done that sort of thing before too
My guess is both Lads and Lads2 are legit, however I don't have enough information to put much confidence in that assessment. I do think it would be funny as hell if D&D were behind 'Lads' and 'Lads2' and would forgive them just like everyone forgot about them running that disinformation campaign last offseason.

I wouldn't have to forgive them. I'd applaud them. It would be amazing.

Yes, though it just doesn't seem very probable they were that subtle and clever about it.
Have you ever seen a disinformation campaign for a TV show as sustained and involved as their pretending Jon Snow was dead and not coming back?
Last year they also had Sibil Kekilli on set for a while to trick people, they also did a damned fine job of security on the set. Of what they could control, the set, only those two pictures snapped seconds apart that didn't show Harrington's face emerged from all the shooting he did. That's pretty good for this day and age when just about everyone is carrying a camera with them at all times and it's basically impossible to prevent someone from having a miniature camera due to the advances in technology. I still wonder how they did that, did they have strip and body cavity searches?

But they couldn't hide Kit on set and travelling to the cities filming(numerous sightings)and anyone paying attention saw thru themgranted only a minority was focused on it. But that's different than slickly leaking a full plot outline and then making filming photos "verify" them. That's more chess than checkers that the Jon Snow thing was.
But hey, it's possibleto me though, not very likely. -

No one knows what the shooting schedule is going to be better than them, and being as they already wrote a whole
real
script, coming up with a few misleading possibilities that would be 'confirmed' by what might get photographed and distributed throughout the internet wouldn't take much time or planning at all.
But hey, it's possibleto me though, not very likely.
As I noted above it's the least likely possibility in my view, but not as unlikely as some people might think and would be
funnier than hell!

Interesting over at reddit those who disbelieve "lads2" disbelieve the original "lads" and the leaks most here and elsewhere believe.
Can you write something that makes sense? This sentence is a mess.

So Melisandre is at Dragonstone, has a conversation with Daenerys or Tyrion about the Prince who was Promised and then goes back to Essos before Jon Snow arrives, hence, departing the show? Is this the gist of it?

Man the more I look over there, most of these Reddit people seem to not believe the original Lads either. They are so up into believing someone with a fan agenda made it up. And they get pissed if someone advocates it. Kinda weird.
