The actors and directors have already confirmed that they are attracted to each other. From the books, it's obvious Brienne is attracted to Jaime. She described him as a god, and thinks about the steam coming off his naked body during the baths, and blushes.
ETA: Just a few quotes.
"[Brienne] represents the best parts of [Jaime] and clearly theres a love and an attraction," -Nikolaj Coster-Waldau

Its that thing when two people are attracted to each other but they refuse to acknowledge that whole elephant in the room, and for everyone else around them its pretty obvious." -Nikolaj Coster-Waldau

The extraordinary thing for me is that they create such a beautiful, dramatic tension in any two-shot that has Nikolaj and Gwendoline. The way they use their eyes to either connect or disconnect to avoid each others eyes is so great. They play the black notes of their scenes so beautifully.
But heres the thing: as soon as you say cut, they become the best of mates who just rip the piss out of each other continuously. Theyre really good friends. Theyre so light, and such fun together. Whenever theres a day with them, I know its going to be great, because theyre just going to be taking the piss out of each other from start to finish. Gwendoline has the most extraordinarily, fantastically contagious laugh in the world. Its just this odd day of having the most fun and creasing up laughing so much, and yet, as soon as we say action, they switch into this wonderful
sexual tension
and this wonderful sense of yearning and beautiful
layers of unspoken subtext between them
. As actors, they understand that connection so instinctively that it was one of my easiest days as a director. They know that relationship and understand it, and theres something about that chemistry these two actors have that fans those flames in the most intoxicating way. -

then that is even more reason why brienne would need some good hard f#cking very soon, because she is boiling on the inside! constant twat block by jaime, most females would be so horny by now that they would consider banging just about anyone in order to catch that orgasm.
she has got to be horny as hell by now. -

I'm looking forward to it, actually. They'll almost certainly square off as soon as they encounter each other, but they won't fight because cooler heads will prevent it. They'll have to fight side by side at some point, one of them will probably save the other's life during the course of the battle, and by the end of it they'll have earned each other's respect.

And he her maidenhood.
I have this elaborate head canon that because of the soon to be decimated population, Dany ends up requiring all nobles pair off but not in a way that could threaten her politically. So she makes Theon marry Sansa, but he cannot produce an heir, so the now Lord Sandor Clegane, their chief bannerman and Sansa's sworn sword, is called in to discretely do the job. But Brienne is married off to Sandor (ultimate warrior babies) by Dany's decree while Tormund (now the lord of the Dreadfort) still pines for her and while she still holds a candle to now dead Jaimeon the next episode of As Westeros Turns!

People are expecting drama that isn't there imo. Brienne offered the Hound mercy. She picked up on the way he was fighting for Arya and realized she didn't want to fight this person. The Hound changed his mind about Brienne too. No Lannister lackey would have been so merciful with him when they could have sliced off his head and claimed an outrageous reward.
The way they both spoke of each other following the fight suggested regret and even something approaching respect. Brienne acknowledged that the Hound had been protecting Arya through the story she told Sansa. Just as the Hound acknowledged that Brienne would have helped Arya when he advised Arya to go and find Brienne. He also acknowledged Brienne as a warrior when he told Brother Ray that it was a woman who had cut him down.
Moreover, given Sandor's fondness for Sansa, I'd think he'd be grateful to Brienne for having rescued her. Just as Brienne will be grateful to Sandor if she learns that he had protected Sansa back in King's Landing. They're likely to be allies. And they'll both play a role in fighting the White Walkers.
As for Arya and Brienne, they liked each other from the start. It was only the misconception that Brienne was working for the Lannisters that poisoned what could have been a budding friendship. I'm curious to see how they work together after their last encounter. And I'm excited to see their
sparring session

Arya did like Brienne. She smiles at her very brightly at first when they are discussing their swords. It's also stated in the script notes that they instantly like each other. Maisie has spoken about this publicly. What Arya and the Hound didn't like is that they thought Brienne was working for the Lannisters. But that is not true. And everyone knows it now.
ETA:
Theres actually a direction in the script in between their interaction about how they named their swords and learning how to fight. It says: Arya smiles. She likes this weirdo. Brienne smiles. She likes this weirdo.

At this point Arya can take down anyone - even The Mountain.
I can picture it. TM would move in for an Attila The Hun (split her down the middle), Arya would roll away between his legs and drive The Needle through his taint.
Game over.
